The tour of duty is twelve months.  Members are encouraged to read one book a month.
Any questions that arise on procedures or problems should be taken to the Fleet Admiral.  He is the final authority on any decisions that need to be made.
To apply as a group email the Fleet Admiral.  All schools become Planets.  All orphanages become Starships.  All bookstores become Star Bases.  All other groups shall be assigned to the Battleship assigned to that star system.
