The UNITED STAR LEAGUE consists of starships, star bases, space docks and planets scattered around the world. Initially, Starships are located in each of the fifty States, the military and US territories as listed below. Star bases and space docks are located in multi-state locations. International expansion will follow gradually.

STAR SYSTEMS-

Each State in the United States is a Star System and the State Capital is the Star. Each Star System can have a maximum of nine planets, which are schools. The Battleship named after the State will be the flagship of the Task Force of the Star System. Each Country outside of the United States is also a Star System and the Country Capital is the Star. Members within the United States from organizations other than schools or orphanages shall be assigned to the Battleship of the Star System.

STARSHIP CLASSES-

Classification of starships is based on the size of the crew from senior officers to crewmen. When a starship's crew compliment exceeds it's current classification, the starship is decommissioned and a new, larger starship is commissioned with the same name and crew. The starship designation will change by adding a letter to the IRC number assigned (IRC 21002 would become IRC 21002-A, etc). When a Battleship's crew compliment exceeds the maximum crew, then a new starship will be commissioned from that state and named for the state capital city.

SPACE DOCKS-

The Space Dock is the central distribution point of the books and other supplies.

STAR BASES-

Star bases are Christian bookstores in each State or foreign country. These Star Bases hold weekly story time at the store and provide the books to interested people. One person from the store must join as Rear Admiral to coordinate their activity. There is only one Star base in each State or country.

PLANETS-

Planets are schools that join the club. There is a maximum of nine schools in each State or country. One person from the school must join as an Ambassador to coordinate their activity. Any school that joins, beyond the maximum of nine planets in a system, will be classified as a starship. Everything else remains the same.

STAR SHIPS-

Star Ships are assigned to each Star System based on need. Any groups other than schools, orphanages or bookstores, will be assigned to the Star Ship in that Star System.
